3.1 Legal obligations

We do a small part of our processing because we are legally obliged to do so. This is mainly personal information that may be needed to meet our obligations to the Tax Agency. We may also process personal data because we are legally obliged to do so.

3.2 Implementation of agreements with our customers

We may record which organisations contact us together with their relevant personal contacts. We process the personal data of these contacts in order to fulfil our contractual obligations.

3.3 Sales and marketing reasons

As an organisation, we naturally want to acquire new customers while retaining existing ones. Backmans Slipery therefore uses personal information to send email and/or text messages or to contact them by phone. We do not transfer personal information to third parties, unless you unambiguously give us permission to do so. However, we may use your information to find similar people. Transmission. This is a new right under the GDPR, which you can exercise if you wish to transfer your personal data. Although this will (probably) not be relevant to us, we would be happy to answer any questions you have about this.
